The machines uses Automatic edge control programming to give efficient output with high precision.

Flexo Machines work on direct printing from programmed system and different set of prints can begenerated at same time in multiple frames.

Main Configuration:

Ø It adopts programmed control system and meter counter. One working length is setup on the control panel, after got to the setup data,  the machine will automatically stop and alarm.

Ø It adopts famous brand from Japan frequency inverter to control AC motor with stable function. AC motor is from Taiwan.

Ø It adopts Hydraulic lifting system for printing cylinder. The hydraulic system is important to keep a constant function when high speed printing.

Ø Start in lower speed and full loading. When lifting or reducing speed, the tension is stable, and low noise

Ø Anilox roller with the material has a full touch when in high speed. It has an advantage of high registration and stereo perception.

Ø It adopts fully-lubrication system to protect all the transmission parts.

Ø It adopts special oblique gear and printing size is in high precision.

Ø The transmission roller is from Taiwan, it has balance treated and smooth run.

Ø It adopts recycle air system which is made up of air blower, air sucker and thermal heater, and it adopts automatic temperature section control. And the cooler is available.

Ø It adopts hot air blower and cold air blower for fast ink drying simultaneously.

Ø Each printing unit has a clutch and separate registration system with easy operation.

Ø It adopts Hydraulic EPC from Taiwan for material edge tracking to achieve a good smooth rewinding.

Ø It adopts Magneitc Brake and Clutch from Taiwan for the tension control.

Ø It adopts two sets of automatic tension control system for unwinding/rewinding tension.
